1. Acceptance

By accessing FEELLO, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

FEELLO may update these terms. Changes apply when they are published on the platform.

2. Services

FEELLO connects content creators with fans. Creators can publish exclusive content, offer paid subscriptions, engage their community, receive contributions and manage earnings through a digital wallet.

3. User accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and remain responsible for activity performed through your account.

4. Content and intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of their content. Publishing grants FEELLO a non-exclusive licence to host, distribute and display that content through the platform.

You must own the necessary rights to everything you publish and must not infringe the rights of others.

5. Payments and creator share

Creators receive 70% of eligible revenue generated through FEELLO, subject to applicable transaction fees.

Payments are handled by our payment aggregator and can take up to 48 business hours to become available for withdrawal.

6. Data protection

FEELLO protects personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FEELLO is not liable for indirect losses resulting from use of the platform. The service is provided as available.
